Tajalla Creative is currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager at Tajalla, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, and closing deals to expand our client base.

With your strong sales skills and business acumen, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and success. You will work closely with our marketing and account management teams to develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and maximize revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the creative industry.
- Utilize networking events, industry conferences, and other channels to generate leads and expand the company's network.
- Create comprehensive sales plans and strategies
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tajalla Advertising's service offerings, pricing models, and value proposition.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior management.
- Mentor and support junior members of the business development team, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their goals.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the business development department and across the organization.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Tajalla agency, representing the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop detailed technical proposals that outline the scope of work, project timeline, and deliverables for potential clients.
- prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, including pricing models, terms and conditions, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure that technical and commercial proposals are tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client, highlighting Tajalla's unique value proposition.
- Present technical and commercial proposals to potential clients clearly _and effectively present information with conviction_ addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and resources required to develop high-quality proposals within tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
