TAM is a public impact partner for government entities, designing and delivering innovative holistic programs to inspire, engage and empower citizens. For over a decade, TAM has been the partner of choice for 50+ government entities. Our agility, expertise, and holistic approach have helped smoothen the processes and paths of Saudi public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Senior Associate, who is going to be responsible for receiving and managing client requests for designing concepts or proposals development.
Key responsibilities and objectives:
- Understand client needs, pain-points and assess gaps in order to identify areas where TAM can help
- Participate in initiating and carrying out the process of conceptualization and idea generation
- Supporting in holding brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas that are used in designing the concept
- Analyze & evaluate RFPs to recommend acceptance/decline, and define questions
- Conduct desk research to create lists, benchmark certain concepts and initiatives and provide supportive evidence
- Develop clear content, ideas, objectives and processes for proposal
- Participate in handover meetings with different execution teams to assure full and accurate transfer of designed concept
- Collaborate with other team members and business developers to achieve quality results
- Create, edit and review proposals and PowerPoint presentations
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Marketing, or any related field is a must
- Proficiency in Arabic and English both spoken and written
- Experience in problem analysis and problem solving
- Experience in conduct ongoing market research
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Full proficiency in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated history of working with clients is a plus (even in university projects)
