The Network Infrastructure (NI) MEA Regional Business Center has an opening for a Project Manager Support (PMS). As part of Saudi Enterprise delivery team, you will be part of a supportive, high performance PM team working collaboratively to drive growth. You will be responsible for supporting the projects via a variety of activities including:

- Ensuring project documents and records are created, controlled, approved and distributed in line with corporate policy, and project communication plan
- Participating in the cost management of the project. Ensuring that invoicing and revenue milestones are tracked, and invoices promptly raised.
- Tracking third party and subcontractor performance. Provides input to the supplier evaluation process.
- Contract Administration functions such as customer purchase order reconciliation and follow-up, Risk Orders processing and tracking, product status, site status, and customer acceptance
- Supports users in managing PM tools

As part of our team, you will:

- Collaborate with project managers, PMO, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Customer Engineering, Legal, Supply Chain and Logistics to support customer projects

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- At least 5 years’ experience in supporting and assisting projects teams
- Familiar with building executive reports and providing updates on the program internally and externally
- Solid verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Mastering Microsoft Office Tools

It would be nice if you also had:
Good understanding of Nokia processes and tools like ERP, procurement tools
