**Job Description**:
The Collection Officer for the Varian Radiation Oncology business, will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers. The collection officer will contact clients and inform them of their debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure payments are made as soon as possible. To ensure success as a collections officer, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as attention to detail. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities:
Cash collection/ AR monitoring:
- Performs proactive account receivable (A/R) with the customers in a timely manner.- Performs allocation of received payments and follow-up on payment status with central AR team on the receivable clearing process.- Coordinates closely with our internal stakeholders to fasten the collection process.- Manages Account Receivable (A/R) and performs related activities including reduce overdue balances, manages complaints, issues dunning letters, etc.- Provides forecast input regarding collections and defines collection strategies to improve aging of receivables and prevents overdue.- Contacts debtors to ascertain payment dates, and checks payments received in accordance with customer commitments.- Builds sustainable and productive relationships with customers to ensure quick payment.- Handles all customers problems tell getting customer outstanding settled and manages overdue debt position through ongoing liaison with credit control team.

Administrative Support:
- Responsible for assisting the sales department on its overall operations.- Performs administrative duties as needed.- Supports in scheduling meetings and booking events.- Be the focal point for any coordination to ensure a smooth site visit for our clients.- Arranges the hotel/flight reservations and assists the clients/business travelers with any reservations.

Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications- Holds a successful completed bachelor university degree with at least 3 years of working experiences as Cash collection officer.- Flexibility and willingness to travel outside Riyadh.- Strong understanding of billing and collection processes in public and private sectors.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.- Great negotiation skills for managing sensitive matters like debt collection.- Fluency in both Arabic and English Language (both spoken and written).- Meticulous, detail orientated, highly responsible with a positive work attitude.- Self-driven, flexible, and thrives on challenges.- Good administrative skills.

Other Desired Skills and Knowledge- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.- Strong Finance & Accounting experience.- Previous proven work experience in the healthcare industry.
