Housing Analyst

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Collects and analyzes data to make projections for housing requirements to ensure smooth operations of the department. Provides statistical analyses as management tools that would assist in future decision-making processes.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1.Conducts studies of housing usage, availability, and cost. Prepares projections for housing requirements based on anticipated numbers of employees, and demographic factors such as single males and females, number of married employees, and countries of origin.

2.Determines most cost effective methods of employee’s housing, i.e., granting housing allowance of providing Hospital housing.

3.Develops, implements, and modifies systems for housing priorities of personnel. Ensures that systems are administered fairly. Reviews and reports on administration of Housing assignments.

4.Evaluates and makes recommendations on establishments and/or improvement of new existing Housing computer programs.

5.Applies statistical methodology and compiles statistical data such as utilization of units, availability, vacancies, maintenance requirements and costs. Makes recommendations for better utilization of housing resources and for cost control measures.

6.Recommends required changes and assists with implementation of changes. Prepares periodic reports related to costs, housing distribution, utilization of departmental resources and submits quarterly status reports on all Housing activities reflecting all changes, use indicators for future projection and recommendation.

7.Serves as resource member for Housing Administration and management on issues related to housing statistics and their significant findings.

8.Evaluates, adjust, weighs raw data and organizes results into a format compatible with analysis by computer readouts, graphs, charts, tables, written reports or other related methods.

9.Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.

10.Follows all Hospital-related policies and procedures.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, or any related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s Degree, or five (5) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National Only.
