SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
This position is part of our MEIA Graduate Program, which is tailor-made for talents new to the job market. Through this program, you will accelerate your career through personal development plans, local or international assignments, challenging and exciting tasks, and focused training programs over a year.
As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Finance function by executing tasks efficiently, ensuring timely processing of book entries, and preparing essential information and reports to meet both internal and external requirements. You’ll also manage sales documents and entries, ensuring accurate financial data is always available when needed.
This position will be based in Jeddah and will be reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Accounts Receivable Manager by handling the sales agreements and related documents including physical and electronic archiving.- Handling customer's accounts opening process ensuring proper documentation and relevant approvals.- Posting customer collections as per Jotun Standard Guidelines.- Support the Accounts Receivable Manager by verifying and analyzing financial data and providing relevant reports as required.- Support the implementation of new tools and techniques to improve the financial reporting routines.- Perform assigned tasks as required across the Finance function (e.g., Accounting tasks, credit control, etc.)- Perform analysis on business
- and financial data as requested, regularly and ad-hoc.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.- 1-3 years of experience in related field.- Fluency in English, both verbal and written- Professional certification is an advantage.- Saudi National - Due to Saudization
