Deputy Chief Transformation Officer

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Plans, organizes, develops, and leads the activities of Corporate Transformation Office (CTO), and building brand and relationships. Promotes extensive collaboration and integration across identified functions to drive organization forward in a changing healthcare ecosystem.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Provides advanced leadership and guidance to CTO including development of short and long-term plans, strategies and projects scheduling and coordination to ensure all areas of organization meet and exceed high quality standards.

2. Supervises the extensive change effort required to move the organization into the future in order to deliver exceptional results through capability development, mind-sets and behaviors.

3. Assigns work tasks, establishes priorities, monitors performance and submits periodical clear and concise administrative and financial reports for CTO to the Hospital administration as applicable.

4. Ensures that all transactions processed for CTO are in accordance with Hospital policies, procedures and governmental regulations.

5. Ensures timely preparation and control of CTO annual budget, monitors, and keeps expenditure within budget.

6. Drives market and business development across Healthcare Delivery, Research, Education, and other clinical and non-clinical services by identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

7. Participates in selecting, recruiting, training, retaining, evaluating assigned CTO staff and recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions. Establishes and maintains a positive working environment.

8. Delegates authorities and establishes formal means of accountability on the part of subordinates.

9. Builds and maintains collaborative and effective work relationships with other departments' staff to facilitate the implementation of the Transformation plans Hospital wide.

10. Analyses business operations, identifies areas of opportunity, and drives continuous improvement by using the data.

11. In collaboration with other Departments, Oversees data governance across the Hospital setting standards and best practices to ensure effective data management, storage, and usage.

**Education**:
PhD or Master’s Degree in Business/Hospital Administration, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Ten (10) years of related experience with PhD, or thirteen (13) years with Master’s Degree, including five (5) years as a senior management in a large organization is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Professional Certification in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.) or equivalent
- Ability to influence and inspire large groups of people to believe in a vision and be able to rally resources to reach the vision
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabia healthcare ecosystem with the ability to influence key external decision makers
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and influence behavior
