Job Profile: As a Project Manager, will work with the other teams lead to Execute, develop, operate for multi clients & mega events, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale this event as per client’s requirement and guideline. Closely interacts with customers to answer questions or address concerns. The daily tasks of an Account Management include overseeing routine issues as well as handling more complicated ones on behalf of the clients. In charge of making sure all department meets the needs of the clients and events.
Key Responsibilities and Roles:Proven work experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Event Manager and Customer Service Manager or relevant role in event management or MICE industry.Creating a detailed agenda for projects, including execution, production, performers, and any special activities thorough understanding of client needs.Developing and implementing a communication plan for the event execution process.Strong communicator to manage multi accounts properly and able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.Preparing detailed schedules for all event activities and managing teams who will be involved in the production and execution of the event.High ability to handle changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered.Communicating and developing client relationships to deliver excellent customer service and quality delivery as per the client requirements and our company’s standard.Ability to think strategically when faced with an events brief or with our Key clients on the delivery of the mega events.Settle any and all customer complaints through investigations with Operations team, and develop solutions to satisfy customers.Source, onboard, and draft and execute contracts for new event venues and vendors, and manage relationships and listings data for existing venues and vendors.Providing technical support to other departments regarding the planning, implementation, reporting and evaluation of events.

Preferred Qualifications:BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant fieldProven sales track record with minimum of 5 years’ experience in event management or MICE industry, mainly in KSA or GCC market experienceProficiency in English and Arabic speaking is a plusValid UAE Driving License
