Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

**Experience**:

- 8-12 years of enterprise sales experience in IT systems integration.
- Overall 12 - 15 years of sales experience in the commercial and government sector
- Must have 5+ years’ technology business development and/or consulting experience working in the Tech Sector. Ability to communicate directly with senior customers, partners and industry leaders
- A good understanding of cloud technologies, transformation initiatives and ideally Microsoft solutions
- expertise with enterprise solutions and partners; leadership, sales, negotiation, organizational, creative, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Should Have Experience in Selling Consulting practices & Business Applications
- Business Development in an Enterprise B2B Environment

**Mandatory Qualification & Certification**:

- B.Sc. / Engineering graduates with an IT major
- Sales / Business certifications of at least one public cloud provider - Microsoft, AWS, Google

**Job responsibilities**:

- Customer acquisition in the defined territory
- New revenue generation
- Selling consulting services based on Public Cloud technologies
- Drive Cloud Consumption for onboarded customers
- Developing Account Management Strategies for cross-sell & upsell

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong Account Management Skills
- Good Understanding of IT Service Management, Cloud and Infrastructure, and Business Applications
- Strong Oral & Written Communication Skills
- Ability to work with teams based out of globally distributed COEs
