A leading manufacturer of bespoke street furniture & architectural design, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team as soon as possible
The Company is driven by delivering quality at the highest level, on time delivery & bespoke solutions.
Solid experience in Business Development & Sales within the Interior; Furniture or Design industry at Corporate C-Suite level is essential.
Are you an expert in building relationships with multinational Companies at C-Suite level? Are you able to manage cross functional teams across Design, Procurement & Project management with ease?

The role:
- Look after key multinational Clients in KSA & UAE
- Expanding market presence & fostering strategic partnerships
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborating closely with the product development team & ensuring continued customer satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth by cross-selling & upselling whilst delivering impeccable client service
You will bring the following:
- 6 Years + experience in BDM / Sales position gained in interior; design or high-end furniture industry
- Proven experience in sales with large Organizations at Corporate C-Suite level
- Consistently high performer with proven track record of growth in Sales role
- Experience with start-up Company with the ability to thrive in matrix environments & adept at building relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in managing cross functional teams across Design, Procurement & Project management with ease
- Completed Degree in Sales or Business Masters would be advantageous
- Should enjoy working in a high pressure environment & able to tackle challenges with a smile
- Excellent communication skills in English
