We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.
**About the role**:
As a Fleet Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing driver motivation and commitment within our fleet. You will devise innovative reward and incentive programs, collaborate with external stakeholders, and manage the on-ground Customer Service Associate (CSA) team. This position requires proactive engagement, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of driver dynamics to drive Jeeny's mission forward.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders to develop incentive programs to enhance driver satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conceptualize and execute engaging campaigns to boost driver motivation and strengthen their commitment to Jeeny.
- Organize periodic events for selected drivers to elevate Jeeny's brand presence and foster a sense of community among drivers.
- Implement strategies to reward high-value (HV) drivers and devise tactics to transition low-value (LV) drivers to HV status.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Commercial departments to align driver engagement initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Liaise with the Market Intelligence team to analyze competitor strategies and glean insights for enhancing driver engagement.
- Develop annual budgets for all driver engagement activities and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Enhance the overall quality of the fleet to meet industry standards and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to the CSA teams to enhance their capabilities in managing driver relationships and improving driver experience.
- Strategize and implement measures to reduce driver churn and foster long-term driver retention.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the transportation or technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful driver engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
