Fleet Sales Manager

**Job Context**: As a Fleet Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and maintaining customer relationships to increase fleet sales and meet revenue targets.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth targets and sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and expense budgets to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging markets, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to drive business success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in fleet sales management, meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry and market trends.
