You will be the face of the Service & Repair team across the entire Medtronic product ranges for your customers.

You will have a territory and will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of revenue through sales of service plans, spare parts, and other value-added services.

You will repair equipment breakdowns, perform technical tests. Provide expertise and training to hospital technical and other personnel. This will be in compliance with corporate regulations and laws regarding safety and quality at work as well as technical regulations.

You will manage preventive maintenance programs and customer repairs to ensure the confidence of your customers in our products and our service, maintaining your customers as Net Promoters of Medtronic. You will be the primary face to face contact for Medtronic with the hospital technical teams on preventative maintenance, service, and contract management.

**A Day in the Life
- Implement all technical service repairs and maintenance on medical devices commercialized by Medtronic directly at customer site in line with the service delivery plan defined with the manager.
- Maintain and submit technical records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Review performance metrics KPIs for your territory and develop action plans to achieve goals.
- Ensure compliance with the operational guidelines, maintenance cost/profitability and response times to customer provided by the “Service Delivery Plan”.
- Deliver Customer Effort Score (CES) targets to measure the satisfaction on the quality of our delivered services.
- Be 100 % compliant with QA procedures and training, complete all field service corrective actions within territory by due date.
- Be an ambassador for the EMEA service and repair team with customers and a trusted partner of our sales teams. Demonstrate a deep customer intimacy.
- Follow all the safety standards for the facility and behave in a way that does not put yourself or others at risk.
- Travel within territory when required (75% of your time). Infrequent travel to Europe and USA may also be required.
- Maintain and deploy a service loan fleet to support customers where repair cannot be done immediately.
- Coordinate shipping of equipment for repair to the nearest service center, where field repair is not possible.
- Contribute to analysis of prices for spare parts and service contracts for markets in your territory.
- Ensure replacement part inventory is readily available for use with troubleshooting or repair of capital equipment and ensure accuracy of inventory records for parts held.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent qualification) in an appropriate field (bio-medical engineering, scientific, mechanical, or electrical engineering)
- Full driving license required.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and technically diagnose medical equipment
- Experience using tools such as Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and/or Adobe Acrobat, and Internet search engines
- Strong Arabic written and verbal communication skills. English language skill also highly desired
- Ability to work remotely, with limited supervision
- Passport or Visa allowing for worldwide travel

**Nice to Haves**
- Experience using a maintenance tracking software and operating and updating and getting reports from preventative maintenance systems.
- Experience in working in the hospital setting and knowing the organization of the different departments (procurement, theatre, service engineers etc.)
