**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Oversee all projects under your remit, ensuring there is continuity and compliance with Saudization recruitment and a strategy to deliver on time and with top talent.
- Working closely with decision makers across the business, thinking out of the box and support with solutions for any local recruitment issues.
- Support Parsons Saudization programs through careers fairs, university days and building talent pools.
- Working closely with Internal Hiring managers across the business, ensuring you are able to successfully take in a brief and articulate with Management from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. This will involve asking seeking questions to ensure this adheres to the recruitment process.
