**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and budget for the project.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to develop creative and unique concepts.
- Create detailed concept proposals, including sketches, renderings, and descriptions of proposed attractions and designs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of business development, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that concepts are feasible, practical, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that designs meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Continuously innovate and improve upon existing concepts and designs to ensure that our projects remain cutting-edge and competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in concept design and development for family entertainment centers, sports, recreational facilities, and/or adventure parks.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards for entertainment and recreational facilities.
- Experience working with clients in the entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
