Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our agency by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, effectively showcasing our agency's services and value proposition.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics set by the management team.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the agency and expand professional networks.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development or sales, preferably within the digital marketing agency industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and strategic partners.
Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and provide strategic solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with clients or prospects from Arabic-speaking regions or markets.
Understanding of cultural nuances and business etiquette in Arabic-speakers.
Ability to create marketing materials and sales collateral in both English and Arabic.
Strong presentation skills in both languages, with the ability to tailor messages to specific audiences.
Proficiency in conducting business negotiations and closing deals in Arabic.
