**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, with a focus on securing construction and contracting projects.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
- **Project Hunting**:

- Proactively identify and target potential projects in the construction and contracting sectors.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective projects, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive bids and proposals tailored to specific project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction, contracting, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing major contracts in Saudi Arabia.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
- Valid driver’s license.
