**The project**:
This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You will manage delivery from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.

You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of the Associate Director and other senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.

You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Job Summary**:
Security Specialist is to protect confidentiality and ensure the safety of events; in charge of developing and arranging our events schedule, managing logístical aspects, and promptly addressing crowd control issues. They have a thorough knowledge of venue, facility, and event policies, procedures, and regulations. They guide and collaborate with all relevant parties to comprehend and achieve project goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing daily management and leadership to the project and the project team. They also communicate internal fee expectations (if applicable) along with appropriate risk mitigation and change management.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Implement the contractual scope of work regarding the security and in line with specific locations.
- Respond to design RFIs (Request for Information) relating to security and security systems.
- Prepare recommendations on Security and Security Systems for approval.
- Develop the stakeholder communication.
- Gather the stakeholder requirements and identify likely impacts on the design.
- Manage the project Threat and Vulnerability assessment.
- Advise the architectural team on impacts of security requirements to the design.
- Appraise and review design submissions.
- Ensure designs are fully compliant with relevant standards and requirements.
- Undertake design reviews to achieve value engineering and constructability.
- Provide assessment of proposed design changes to awarded construction contracts.
- Deliver design note information to relevant stakeholders.
- Review security operational requirements and revise these as the projects develops.
- Internal liaison with technical security.
- Provide resilience in the security delivery team.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
- 15+ years’ experience (or equivalent).
