The Role
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support within the manufacturing industry. - Deep understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules and functionality, with a focus on integration and optimization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment. - Certification in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors is highly desirable. - Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects from conception to completion. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
