An Interntional Construction organization with high Presence in GCC is looking for a Junior Talent acquisition Consultant its Regional headquarter in Dammam.

**Role Objective**:
To provide efficient and cost-effective recruitment services for all business units on a timely basis and within the quality parameters agreed with the internal clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaises with business unit Personnel and Administration Managers/Officers and coordinates business units’ recruitment needs and activities.
- Studies job descriptions to become fully conversant with job requirements for various positions within the company.
- Maintains a network of good recruitment firms and agencies to meet requirements.
- Maintains and updates human resources documents, such as CVs, interview evaluation form, requisition forms and list of openings.
- Maintains and updates the listings of open, approved, and filled positions.
- Liaises with PRO/GRO and Personnel and Administration Managers/Officers to ensure all formalities, travel and accommodation are in place for the successful start of employment of the new employees.
- Assists with generating and analyzing recruitment related reports and providing statistics for the review of the management.
- Assists with representing the Company at recruitment and career fairs as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resource Specialization.

**Experience**:

- 0-1+ year experience in Human Resources, Fresh Graduates are accepted.

**Behavioral Skills**:
Good analytical and cognitive skills, good interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, negotiation skills, professional development, communication oral and written, results oriented, creativity and innovation, customer service.

**Technical Skills**:
Excellent command of English language. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, New grad

**Salary**: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
