The hospital has 2,973 employees and it is a tertiary care hospital provides the full continuum of health services.

**Benefits Include**:

- 35 days annual leave - Nursing Specialist

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Healthcare certification in Quality, Patient Safety, Risk Management or Project Management
- Valid professional license in the country of origin
- Eligible for registration with SCFHS as Specialist or higher.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing experience and two (2) years in nursing leadership/ management
- Active participation in or have co-led/led an improvement project or initiative.
- Participation in accreditation processes as a nurse leader (e.g. JCI, CBAHI)
- Magnet journey experience preferred
