The Role

**Requirements**:

- 15+ years of leadership experience in Higher Education - P&L and operational management experience - Proven experience of development of planning and establishment of new universities or colleges - Proven experience of development of new programs or partnerships - PhD or terminal degree in relevant field from a reputable institution preferred - Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills - Sound knowledge of governance and its interface with management/operational delivery - Strong knowledge of regulations and accreditation standards in higher education - Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred - English language fluency with Arabic language understanding preferred - A sympathetic understanding of the values and ethos of the KSA
