To contribute to the effective delivery of projects for EuroTech through the meticulous control and preparation of various documentation, including O&M Manuals, Drawings, Risk Registers and other project‑related documents.

With a very strong attention to detail a proactive approach to document control, this role will strengthen the EuroTech Projects Team. We are seeking a dynamic, conscientious, process driven individual with a proven track record of successful contributions to project delivery. Working with the EuroTech AV Design team, Pre-Sales Engineers, Supply Chain, and the EuroTech Project Managers assigned to each project, this individual will assist in liaising with clients and supply chain partners, attending internal and external project meetings, keeping good records, recording interactions and minutes, and producing accurate drawings.

The role will be based primarily in EuroTech’s office in Riyadh with regular site visits, but the regional scope will also cover the rest of KSA with some travel required.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator / Draughtsperson will also be responsible for complying with the project needs as determined by the EuroTech Project management team. This will also require a close working relationship with the procurement department, AV Engineers and others, to ensure smooth and well-prepared documentation is delivered to clients in a timely manner.

Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are essential (Arabic is also preferred).

**Key Requirements**:

- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication between various teams involved in ELV and AV systems integration projects.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with the Design and Pre-Sales team to translate design concepts into accurate and comprehensive drawings.
- Oversee on-site activities, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare drawings and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Generate regular progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, supply chain partners and clients to facilitate effective project execution.
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide valuable insights to enhance project efficiency.
- Proven track record in ELV, MEP, Security or Audio Visual systems integration and project delivery position in UAE, Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.
- Articulate and well-spoken in English (verbal and written) (required)

- Great personal time management skills and the ability to work supervised and unsupervised and in line with deadline requirements.
- Confident speaking in front of groups of up to 10.
- Composed nature in the face of challenges
- Proof of past experience and examples of project delivery
- Well-presented, neat, and able to speak in corporate settings.
- Fighting spirit and the drive to help us grow, improve and develop our business in the region.
- Occasional travel to the UAE.
- Saudi Arabian drivers License, or the ability to obtain one.
- Must be Saudi Arabian National only (not expat).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with EuroTech Project Managers to achieve common goals.
- Assist the Pre-Sales team and AV Engineers with AV design and specification.
- Ensure that project documentation is planned in advance to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Prepare end-of-project O&M Manuals and as-built drawings.
- Liaise with clients and project team members to ensure project goals are achieved.

**Salary**: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
