Provide Expert Guidance**: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on loss prevention strategies, security measures, and risk mitigation techniques.
- ** Conduct Risk Assessments**: Assess clients' security risks and vulnerabilities through comprehensive risk assessments, site surveys, and security audits.
- ** Develop Loss Prevention Strategies**: Collaborate with clients to develop customized loss prevention strategies and action plans tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
- ** Implement Security Protocols**: Design and implement security protocols, procedures, and controls to protect against theft, fraud, vandalism, and other forms of loss.
- ** Deploy Security Technology**: Evaluate and recommend security technology solutions, including CCTV systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and alarm monitoring services.
- ** Provide Training and Education**: Deliver training sessions and educational workshops to clients and internal staff on loss prevention best practices, security awareness, and crisis management.
- ** Stay Abreast of Trends**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in loss prevention and security management, and advise clients accordingly.

**Qualifications**
- PhD degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or risk management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of loss prevention principles, security technologies, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or similar credentials preferred.
- Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
