- Provide expert guidance and technical support on climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies to clients.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to climate change and sustainability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and initiatives to address climate change challenges.
- Support the development and implementation of climate change policies, programs, and initiatives at the local, regional, and national levels.
- Lead or contribute to the preparation of technical reports, white papers, and other publications on climate change-related topics.
- Engage with stakeholders, including government officials, industry representatives, and community organizations, to promote awareness and build consensus on climate change issues.
- Provide training, capacity building, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders on climate change-related topics.
- Stay informed about the latest scientific research, technological advancements, and policy developments in the field of climate change and sustainability.

**Qualifications**
- Ph.D. degree in environmental science, climate science, sustainability, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience working on climate change-related projects, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of climate change science, including greenhouse gas emissions, climate modeling, and impacts assessment.
- Demonstrated expertise in climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, carbon pricing, and resilience planning.
- Familiarity with international climate change agreements and protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, GIS software, and climate modeling software is a plus.
