Factory Manager

Your role is to supervise and coordinate all factory production activities in your assigned area.
- Supervise and coordinate productions teams including artists, skilled tradesmen, and general labor.
- Carry out production in accordance with the master program and any micro-programs given to you from time to time.
- Coordinate daily breaks and clock-on and clock-off of factory floor staff.
- Ensure workplace health and safety guidelines are complied with at all times.
- Supervise incoming materials and coordinate materials inventory in cooperation with the purchasing and logistics staff.
- Ensure production complies with the project quality control procedures.
- Prepare fabricated items for shipping/delivery to the construction site ensuring items are protected and secure to avoid damage during transit.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
