**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain complex systems using Oracle Cloud HCM to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Oversee the creation and management of HCM Extracts to support various business processes.
- Provide expertise in Webservices SOAP to facilitate smooth communication between different systems.
- Utilize Oracle BI Publisher to generate comprehensive reports that aid in decision-making.
- Implement REST Web Services to enhance system interoperability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure systems meet financial reporting requirements.
- Work with Devices / SPM domain to integrate and optimize system performance.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead the development of technical documentation to support system maintenance and upgrades.
- Mentor junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain complex systems.
- Have a strong background in HCM Extracts showcasing the ability to support various business processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in Webservices SOAP ensuring smooth communication between systems.
- Utilize Oracle BI Publisher effectively to generate comprehensive reports.
- Implement REST Web Services to enhance system interoperability.
- Collaborate effectively with Finance & Accounting teams to meet financial reporting requirements.
