**职位概述**

协助开展人力资源办公室的日常活动,包括招聘、全面薪酬和培训与发展。此外,还协助提供可满足或超越员工需求并促进业务成功的人力资源服务;以及确保遵守所有适用的法律、法规和运作程序。

- 高中文凭或高中同等学历 (GED);2 年人力资源、管理运营或相关专业领域工作经验。

- 在经认可的大学取得人力资源、工商管理或相关专业的两年制学位;不要求工作经验。

**核心工作活动**

**协助管理招聘和雇用流程**
- 根据需要协助面试和聘用具备适当技能的人力资源部团队成员。
- 协助建立并保持与外部招聘源的联系。
- 根据人力资源标准运作程序参加招聘会,并确保进行外展工作的文件记录。
- 与当地组织(例如酒店协会和同事)联络,为当前或未来的空缺职位发掘候选人。
- 协助监督候选人身份和甄选流程。
- 对候选人身份/甄选进行质量控制。

**协助实施和指导员工福利**
- 与失业服务提供方合作,应对失业申索;审查服务提供方报告的准确性并纠正错误。
- 协助完成失业申请活动报告。
- 根据需要出席失业听证会并确保酒店安排了适当的代表。

**协助管理员工发展**
- 协助部门入职培训计划,让员工接受适当的新员工培训,以成功履行工作职责。
- 确保员工接受交叉培训,以支持成功的日常运作。
- 协助新员工入职培训计划的协调和便利,为员工创造积极的第一印象,并强调客户服务在企业文化中的重要性。
- 确保所有新员工和领导团队参加培训计划。
- 协助确保制定部门入职培训流程,且员工接受适当的新员工培训以成功履行其工作职责。

**协助维护员工关系**
- 协助维护酒店内有效的员工沟通渠道(例如,开展日常沟通并协助定期安排全酒店会议)。
- 检查渐进性惩处文档的准确性和一致性;检查支持性文件,并负责确定适当的行动。
- 运用“门户开放”政策,及时确认获悉员工的问题或疑虑。
- 确保将员工问题提交给部门经理解决,或进一步提交给人力资源总监/多家酒店的人力资源总监。
- 必要时与防损部合作开展员工事故调查。
- 根据每个职位的工作描述,传达绩效预期。

**协助管理法律和合规实践**
- 协助确保员工档案包含所需的就业文书、适当的绩效管理和薪酬文件,并在要求的时间内妥善保管。
- 协助确保遵守员工档案的查阅、审核和审计程序,并确保遵守《隐私法》。
- 协助确保将医疗记录保存在单独、安全和保密的医疗档案中。
- 推进随机、合理的信念和事后药检过程(适用的情况下在酒店进行)。
- 通过员工手册传达酒店规则和法规。
- 协助确保定期通过入职培训、酒店会议、公告板等向员工传达所有安全安保政策(例如,酒店拆迁、失物招领、血液传播病原体、事故报告和卫生)。
- 协助区域理赔办事处进行定期理赔审查,以确保理赔及时结案,且保留级别适用于公开理赔。
- 协助管理工人赔偿理赔,以确保适当的员工关怀并管理成本。
