**Job Description**:

- Lead (and develop) the Digital Strategy and Transformation offering to our clients/partners (Government and semi
- Government entities).
- Lead the design of business and technology strategy solutions, shape and develop tailored proposal to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on digital strategies and digital transformations.
- Lead the delivery of digital strategies and digital transformation, orchestrating all involved stakeholders, overseeing all deliverables and streams.
- Work with and lead multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
- Lead end to end engagements:- supervising team members
- managing client expectations
- ensuring project timelines and project financials are met
- Developing and/or validating leading edge deliverables, such as Analysis & maturity, strategy maps, assessments, operating models, strategy plans, roadmaps, target states, digital trends, benchmarks and, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a top and renowned strategy, technology and/or digital consulting/advisory firm.
- Deep understanding of how technology and digital that unlocks value for our clients.
- Deep understanding of Strategic Planning, Execution, IT and Business Operating Models, IT and Business Governance Models and initiatives panning and management.
- A high degree of quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and conduct data analysis.
- Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society.
- Driven; determined and optimistic.
- Highly collaborative, creative and with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- English and Arabic language fluency is a must.

Additional Information
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital, Information Systems, Innovation, Technology and/or Management related discipline
- MBA or a Master’s degree in one of these disciplines would be preferred
