- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project management and timely delivery of products and services
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and distribution channels to expand market reach
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market segments
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to adapt strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

**To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development within the paints or related industry in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, including industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
