**JOB PURPOSE**

BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Saudi Maintenance and Supply Chain Management Company (SMSCMC), a BAE Systems majority owned joint venture Company. The successful individual will be working for a company at the forefront of BAE Systems’ commitment to industrialise the supply chain in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Working across the SMSCMC Functions and Project Teams will offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of SMSCMC in KSA.

**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support the operation of a multi-functional IPT in understanding and agreement of the Avionic asset availability solution design and derived requirements.
- Delivery of an optimum asset availability solution to meet those Customers intended operational need.
- Provide clear and concise data to Head of Asset Availability Avionics, in order to make evidence based decisions to improve the service.
- Escalate any managerial, integration and dependencies matters preventing the service to operate as designed.
- Collaboration with KSA (in Kingdom partner companies) in particular Sami AEC and UK supply chain to provide a consolidated view.
- Management of Actions with clear and credible forecast delivery dates.
- Produce daily/weekly reports to ensure commutations to all customers is clear.
- Understand the organisation taking full accountability for remit and operating with the requirements of the wider organisation at heart.
- Accountable to the Head of Asset availability for the overall integration to support the sustainability of the delivered product or service.
- Lead, integrate and support Tri-Laterally across BAESSA, SMSCMC, SAMI AE MRO and PM teams along with External Suppliers to prioritize and improve understanding and alignment of Asset Availability requirements to generate optimum performance in order to meet customer’s operational needs.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies across people, processes and toolset requirements to improve the Avionic value stream and drive sustainable improvements.

- Knowledge and experience of In-Service Support Operations, aircraft operations, maintenance, industrialisation and the supply chain.
- Ideally have a cultural knowledge and experience of KSA or the Middle East.
- Understanding of asset availability requirements and business data.
- Experience with Integrating multiple stakeholders and functions.
