HR & Government Relations Specialist

Performs Human Resources duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas.
The job holder is responsible to manage and control the process of all activities that are related to the government. GRS ensures that the governmental tasks are fulfilled on time and provides the company with efficient reports that highlights opportunities and avoid any obstacles.

**Education/ Professional Qualifications**
Min. 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent
**Experience**
2- 4 years of experience in HR Administration with background in Government relations is a must
**Qualifications/ Skills/ Personal Competencies**
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues
- Good Knowledge of labor and immigration rules
- Substantial knowledge of employment practices, laws and regulations
- Good and Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem solving & quality control skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and behave in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate effectively
**Note : Location is in 3rd Industrial City - Jeddah**
