**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Conduct laboratory tests on construction materials such as soil, asphalt, concrete, and aggregates.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all tests and results.
- Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained according to industry standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
- Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports for project managers and engineers.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials delivered to the construction site.
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Collaborate with project teams to address any quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and testing methodologies.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Saudi National.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Lab Technician in the construction industry, preferably with road and highway projects.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis and report generation.
- Familiarity with international standards for construction materials testing (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO).
- Experience with quality control systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in laboratory settings.
