With a newly initiated division specializing in comprehensive steam works - from steam boilers and pipelines to valves and related equipment - we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced Steam Systems Specialist Technician.

**Job Purpose**

As our Steam Systems Specialist Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the maintenance, repair, and installation of steam systems. This includes, but is not limited to, boilers, pipelines, and valves. Furthermore, you will be integral to our sales team, leveraging your technical knowledge to drive sales of spare parts and services related to steam systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of steam systems.
- Conduct regular site visits to factories for comprehensive evaluations, defect detection, and preventive maintenance of steam systems.
- Drive sales of spare parts and additional services, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Engage in regular travel across Saudi Arabia to service multiple projects and pre-scheduled factory visits.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of steam systems.
- Proven experience in sales within a similar field.
- Exceptional technical understanding of steam systems and related equipment.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- An initial trial period salary of 2500 SAR, with the potential to negotiate up to 5500 SAR after successful completion of the trial period.
- An attractive commission structure, offering 1% on sales, above the salary.
- Comprehensive benefits package including accommodation, food, and travel allowances.

**Working Environment and Opportunities**

This role involves regular travel around Saudi Arabia, servicing multiple projects and conducting pre-scheduled factory visits. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of steam systems, carry out site evaluations, detect and rectify defects, and provide technical solutions. This position offers a unique blend of technical work and sales, allowing you to grow professionally in both areas.
