CodeNinja, a reputable information technology and services company, is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our team. As a System Analyst at CodeNinja, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing our clients' business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. This role plays a crucial part in our company's success by ensuring the effective alignment of technology with our clients' business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and document detailed requirements from stakeholders, including business users, managers, and IT teams
- Analyze gathered requirements to identify problems, opportunities, and potential solutions. Create detailed documentation, such as functional specifications, use cases, flowcharts, and data models, to communicate requirements to development teams.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design system solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that the proposed design aligns with the organization's technology stack, security standards, and scalability needs.
- Facilitate the implementation of system changes and enhancements by coordinating with various stakeholders
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to end-users during system implementations and upgrades.
- Assist in project management activities, such as project planning, scheduling, and tracking.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is usually required. Common majors include Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in various technical areas is essential. This includes knowledge of programming languages, databases, operating systems, and software development methodologies.
- 8-10 years of experience
- System analysts often work in interdisciplinary teams, so strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
- Understanding of business processes and objectives is essential. System analysts need to align technical solutions with business needs and goals.

**Must Have**:
1. System analysts must have strong analytical abilities to examine complex problems, identify patterns, and break down information into actionable insights. They need to assess current systems, gather requirements, and design solutions, all of which require a keen analytical mindset.
2. A system analyst should possess a solid understanding of various technologies and tools relevant to their field, such as databases, programming languages, and development methodologies. They should be able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
3. Effective communication is essential for a system analyst (Arabic). They need to interact with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers. Clear and concise communication helps in gathering requirements, explaining technical concepts, and ensuring that the proposed solutions align with business goal.

**Nice to Have**:
1. Have project management skills. This includes understanding project management methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA or Microsoft Project) to help facilitate the development process and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. A system analyst with domain expertise understands the specific challenges, regulations, and best practices within a particular industry, making them more effective in designing tailored solutions.
3. Certain certifications can demonstrate a system analyst's commitment to their profession and knowledge in relevant areas. For example, certifications like Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) can enhance their qualifications and credibility.
