Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Assist in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Maintaining the Saudization in all departments and meeting the required percentage as per Nitaqat.
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the organization’s staffing needs are met.
- Analyze business plans to determine likely future staffing needs.
- Maintain comprehensive staffing lists to Identify current staffing and vacancy data.
- Develop planning models to enable future staffing needs to be determined accurately.
- Advise the organization on the staffing implications of new policies, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain information systems to ensure the accurate collection and maintenance of staffing data.
- Assist in developing procedures to ensure that all data is maintained in an accurate, up-to-date, and confidential manner, supports the organization’s policies on diversity and equal opportunities
- Evaluate Staffing Levels by conducting manpower planning to maintain proper staffing levels.
- Creating and revising job descriptions and maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements for all positions.
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
- Maintaining department records and reports. Participating in administrative staff meetings.
**Job requirements**:
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, business management and professional certification is preferred (Such as CIPD, SHRM, Birkman)
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
- **Competencies and skills**:
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced in English and Arabic.
