**Job Purpose of role and main mission**
Promote Blue Business by introducing our Services/Products to business partners (Brand Teams, Marketing Teams, Digital Teams, Medical Teams, event Teams & Training Teams)
The role of the Key Account is to help develop and execute the key accounts' strategic sales and marketing plans. The sales and marketing strategies will support, and be derived from, the Business Plan outlined by the Commercial manager. The Key Account will be responsible for managing all areas of the business relationship with the key accounts and will work closely with the various business departments in an effort to maintain and further develop the relationship with the key accounts.
The Key Account will manage the sales function to achieve strategic sales targets while working closely with the Marketing, Operation & Customer success Department to provide integrated programs that support the sales effort. The Key Account is the primary contact with all key accounts and is the liaison between the various business departments and the key accounts.

The Key Account based in Riyadh or Jeddah reports directly to the Commercial Manager Gulf.

**Basic Qualifications**
- B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Science, Dentistry, Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine.
- 3-5 years’ experience as Medical sales Rep
- Advanced communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
- Building and nurturing internal and external relationships
- Solid understanding of core marketing principles
- Effective working in close team environment
- Good influencing skills and an ability to make good relationships with internal and external
- stakeholders
- Understand supply chain and key accounts managements
- Hands on with highly discipline and self driven ability.
- Accurate reporting and communication is a must being managed from a distance.
- Territory management skills

- Multi-task handling ability

- High sense of urgency and ability to take decisions.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- To utilize resources to achieve maximum sales returns in your designated territory
- To target businesses with the highest potential for growth
- Achieve monthly sales targets from all channels
- Expand services and volume sold through existing and new customers.
- Build market share for key Services/Products within key accounts
- To ensure expenses are within agreed limits.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain and build relationships with the key accounts
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets
- Grow existing product/services offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities
- Work closely with the various departments in the Marketing industry Nation Wide to ensure the accurate execution of sales orders and account activity
- Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Provide direction to the marketing department on key marketing opportunities with the key accounts to support the sales effort
- Provide regular sales reports to the Commercial Manager that accurately capture all sales activity
- Seek out and communicate meaningful insights from key accounts and the market
- Direct Customer Service and Sales Associate
- Attend and participate in trade shows and weekend work where applicable.
- Attend and participate in other meetings as applicable.
- Undertake, when appropriate, training on selling skills, product knowledge or any other training for further improvement.
- Work with your team in achieving maximum benefit from cycle promotions.
- Cooperate with Customer success & Marketing team regarding marketing intelligence
- and competitor’s activities.
- Respond to double visits needed by managers.
- Suggest and participate in Blue’s periodic offers.
- Ensure ERP & CRM is used and kept up to date
- Ensure all expense reports are timely and accurate.
- Ensure company items are cared for properly
- To develop and maintain at all times excellent product knowledge
- To maintain excellent knowledge of features and benefits of Services/Products.
- To maintain a good knowledge of competitor Services/Products at all times.
- To be fully conversant with the Cycle promoted Services/Products.
