- Coordination with landlord on operation topics (cleaning, parking, common area req., etc) and local authorities (FCM HSE SES related) for emergencies.
- Active support in implementing, maintaining and updating facilities, work instructions, local protocols etc.
- Coordinate FCM/HSE/SES related entry/ exit processes for new Bosch joiners.
- Support and coordinate office repair / recurring office maintenance topics (FCM - technical equipment management incl. telephones) and security related operational tasks (visitor management, security patrols, gate pass, access and
- CCTV control/ monitoring etc).
- Maintaining FCM HSE SES documentation in both, soft and hard, formats as part of record-keeping.
- Maintaining relevant files and supporting in parking management topics.
- Support in pantry/ stationery/ office supplies inventory management.
- Support in small/ medium sized office FCM projects and global roll-out projects.
- Support in FCM-related asset management.
- Supporting internal customer requests as per internal protocols (furniture/ key request, special access requests,arrangement requests)
- Communication with office users, implementing security/ facility rules and enhancing security awareness.
- Support on CAPEX/ OPEX planning for location.
- Implementation of stakeholder management for projects, topics and where necessary.
- Health, Safety and Environment:

- Ensuring the safety and environmental aspects of the office are legally compliant as per local regulations and internal guidelines.
- Active support in implementing, maintaining and updating health and safety manuals, work instructions, local protocols, safety information (MSDS, Hazardous Subs. List) etc.
- Communication and safety info awareness with office users
- Gemba walks, routine inspections, HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment).Support in safety and environment audits, where relevant, and resolution of findings.
- Support in EHS database (data collection and analysis).
- Support in contractor management.
- Execute necessary actions as the site's Electrical Safety representative (LO-ES).
- Coordinating periodic safety trainings as per local law (first aider, fire warden).
- Maintain office protective equipment supplies.
- Coordinate safety maintenance topics (FFS in office).
- Accident/ incident management.

**Qualifications**
- Good English language proficiency is required.
- Computer literacy (Outlook, MS suite etc).
- Analytical and critical thinking, teamwork, problem solving, and good communication skills are required.
- >2 years experience (in Facility Management field/ role with exposure to safety topics).
- AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
- HSE certification preferred (OSHA / NEBOSH).
