Lead Enterprise Architect

As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guiding the architecture and design of complex solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and business stakeholders, to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.

You will play a critical role in driving the company's technical strategy, establishing best practices, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Additionally, you will mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Technical vision and direction:
Design and document cloud architectures using VMware solutions like NSX, vSphere, vRealize Suite, and VMware Cloud offerings.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps and implementation plans.

Architect and design the technical infrastructure and solutions for the project.

Define and implement technical standards and best practices.

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to the project.

Identify and mitigate technical risks.

Plan and Conduct discovery & planning with customer technical teams (Applications & Infrastructure)

Participate in activities with business teams & 3rd Party stakeholders.

Orchestration and supervision during the Migrations and DR events

Prepare and present the plan and post Migration and DR reports.

Design and implement secure and efficient hybrid cloud environments.
- Manage technical implementation Guide and mentor the team:
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.

Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Develop and implement project plans and timelines.

Oversee development sprints and track progress against milestones.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Communication and collaboration:
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Prepare technical reports and presentations.

Advocate for the technical needs of the project.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture roles.
- Proven experience in leading the architecture and design of complex solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and frameworks.
- Experience in VMware Enterprise Platform components
- Cloud computing experience
- Experience with cloud security and multi-cloud deployments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
