**About the Sanabil 500 MENA Seed Accelerator**:
The Sanabil 500 MENA Seed Accelerator is a partnership between 500 Global and Sanabil Investments with a vision to create an integrated, sustainable global new economic platform for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offering new ways for growth and prosperity in an era of change. The program aims to support building the MENA region’s entrepreneurship ecosystem by supporting some of the best startups and entrepreneurs throughout Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.

The accelerator is a 12-week program that leverages 500 Global’s tried and true world-class curriculum for Pre-Seed/Seed-Stage founders, focusing on fundamentals of growth and experimentation. The program offers founders international mentorship and an equity investment.

**What You Will Do**:
We are looking for a Head of Accelerator Ops to oversee and own execution of the accelerator program, ensuring excellence from start to finish and continually looking for ways to improve an already world-class program. The Head of Accelerator Ops will be responsible for managing a team on the ground to run the day-to-day logistics of the program, as well as lead in managing the relationships with key internal and external program stakeholders, including founders, mentors, LPs, and others. Experience with running accelerators and familiarity with the early stage venture-backed ecosystem across MENA is a must.

This position is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia starting immediately. The role will have a 4-month probationary period. You will be expected to be available at all accelerator and event times scheduled for the duration of the program - whether remote or in-person.

**Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Manage team and oversee day-to-day operation of accelerator program
- Lead the evolution of the program by:

- Coordinating cross functional teams
- Regularly meeting with internal and external stakeholders
- Designing curriculum
- Booking and liaising with world class/renowned speakers for program
- Overseeing Demo Day planning
- Managing community health and engagement
- Lead the research, development, and implementation of new content and learning models (e.g., cohort based)
- Strengthen and maintain the accelerator’s community platform experiences, including but not limited to
- Automating booking office hours
- Facilitating intros to other portcos
- Facilitating intros to program sponsors
- Facilitating intros between companies and mentors
- Facilitating intros between mentors and mentors
- Facilitating intros between founders and investors
- Facilitating intros between investors and investors
- Meaningfully sharing relevant opportunities
- Hosting solution for perks
- Hosting solution for self-serve knowledge base
- Streamlining on/off boarding into accelerator program and alumni community
- Manage client relationship and communications
- Oversee internal and external reporting
