**Purpose of the Job**:
To manage a site based service team providing maximum availability of equipment at all times being maintained and serviced in line with Company policies and procedures, and to provide a first class service to all customers. From project award through to demobilisation ensuring the projects are delivered, operated and resourced inline with budgeted forecasts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain continues power production to the end user by ensuring all Company assets are available at all times.
- Manage project operational expenditure inline with pre-determined project cost allocation.
- Proactively manage manpower planning to ensure maximum productivity is achieved with the resources

available throughout all the project sites.
- Manage the execution of regular maintenance and servicing of all equipment in accordance with Company

service procedures.
- Complete regular equipment and site installation audits across given project sites to ensure sites are in line with

Company standards this encompasses - Fleet Performance, QHSE, Reliability, Audits but not limited to.
- Complete weekly/monthly reports for daily site operational activities, detailing power production, completion

of preventative maintenance and non - availability of equipment.
- Identify common repeat failures on equipment to prevent reoccurrence using available data and resources and

communicate to Area Service Manager where unable to resolve.
- Ensure that the commissioning & decommissioning of sites are following Company standards and BOP’s.
- Demonstrate adherence to ERP inventory level defined for the project.
- React effectively to technical support of site equipment breakdowns in timely manner in and out of working

hours when required.
- Act as a single point of contact for the duration of the project and manage project expectations by effectively

timely and clearly communicate project expectations to all relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential project issues & crisis and devise mitigation or

contingency plans in coordination with relevant department involve.
- Commitment to and involvement in Company on-site GSCS initiatives.
- Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development and training of direct reports.
- Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities.
- Company places a strong emphasis on Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental protection. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Company Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and local legislation, and ensure completion and validity of all minimum QHSE training and objectives required by the company.

**Person Specification**
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum Five years of experience in Power generation or other related fields
- Holding managerial role for the last 2-3 years
- Has extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical field or both
- Availability to travel as and when required
- Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business
- Site based job

- Experience in Service Mobility ERP System is desired
- Ability to empathize and understand perspectives of others
- Effective planning organizational and time management skills
- Good Keyboard skills and Computer literate

- Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines
- Capable of working on his/her own initiative
- Able to work long hours in demanding conditions

Pay: ﷼296,000.00 - ﷼369,000.00 per year
