**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Management - Lead and oversee rail development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Strategy Development - Contribute to the formulation of strategic plans for rail development initiatives, aligning with the organization's long-term goals and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, contractors, and consultants, to build strong relationships and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Management - Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
- Bid Support - Assist in bid preparation and support activities, contributing technical and strategic input to enhance the competitiveness of our bids.
- Risk Assessment - Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and take proactive measures to address challenges that may arise during the development process.
- Team Leadership - Supervise a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment, providing guidance, coaching, and support, and facilitating professional growth and development.
- Reporting and Documentation - Prepare comprehensive project reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in rail development, contributing innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance - Implement quality control measures to ensure that rail development projects meet or exceed established standards and expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing rail development projects, ideally with 10 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of rail infrastructure design, construction, and maintenance, along with a strong grasp of relevant industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Leadership and team management experience, demonstrating the ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a team towards successful project outcomes
- PMP, CEng, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in GCC region, preferably Saudi Arabia, will be an advantage
