As an Oracle HR EBS Techno Functional Consultant at Sarmad, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our HR data and improving our HR processes. You will work with our internal teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that will enable us to better manage our HR functions. You will also collaborate with our technical team to troubleshoot issues and ensure that our system is running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with the Project Manager and the Functional Consultants to understand the Business Process of BSF
- Providing technical requirements for setting up the development environment and test benches to the Technical Administrator
- Configure and Customize the Package as per the Requirements Study
- Talent Support for all modules
- ERP projects activities (mainly HR)
- Documentation of all developments required
- Analyze, create and document business processes and workflow
- Implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (Global HR-Global Payroll-OTL-Benefits-etc.).
- Completing project deliverables using the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology
- project deliverables in both English and Arabic).
- Assessing the business requirements and mapping it to the Application.
- Conducting presentations and live demos for clarifying and resolving any issues the customer may have regarding the Application.
- Uploading data sheets with Data loader.
- Perform business tests/pilots with clients.
- Perform End User Training.
- Prepare Future Business Practices in HR and Payroll and SSHR Modules.
- Conduct the CRP sessions (Conference Room Pilot) and gather the functionality gaps.
- Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science or any degree with expertise in computer systems.
- Should be exposed to Project Management methodologies
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- In depth knowledge of the banking business, for which IT solutions are being provided.
- Awareness of latest technology solutions and trends in the IT Industry for the business solutions.
- Excellent understanding of the Software development methodologies, architecture tools.
- Thorough knowledge of Bank’s operations environment and technical infrastructure.
- Shall be able to estimate effort and evaluate high level design and architecture.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in implementation / support in oracle Financial modules - General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Payables, Receivables, Financial Accounting Hub,
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in oracle HR Cloud including all modules
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in development, customization, personalization, troubleshooting etc.
- Strong in oracle forms, reports, interfaces.
- Raising Service request with oracle for critical issues.
- Experience in Analytical, time management skills
- Experience in EBS integration with third party systems.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Oracle fusion knowledge of most of ERP modules is an added value
- Knowledge of Oracle database
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL & SQL languages
- OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) is preferred and added value.
- Project Management certification is an added value.
- Certificates on courses such as:

- Oracle HCM Implementation Workshops
- Oracle R12 E-Business Suite Essentials for Implementers.
- Oracle R12 E-Business Suite General Ledger Management Fundamentals.
- Oracle R12 Receivables Management Fundamentals.
- Oracle R12 Payables Management Fundamentals.
