Salla, a rapidly growing Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in the Western Region.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our market share. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a pipeline of leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. If you have a passion for sales, a proven track record of success, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, target, and pursue sales opportunities in the Western Region
- Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, illustrating how our solution can meet their business needs
- Develop and close new business deals to meet revenue targets
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers, adhering to company policies and profitability goals
- Track and report sales activities and results using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and practices
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the Western Region as needed
