Sales Executive - Marketing Agency

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, building strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored marketing solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our agency's services and their value proposition.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability for the agency.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on progress towards goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, account management, and strategy, to ensure successful client projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
