tage 1: Evaluating the claim from a procedural point of view. E
- nsure that contract requirements are implemented and maintained during the claim evaluation process. R
- eview and assist in the collection, inventory, and receipt of claims documents. P
- repare correspondence and maintain records to coordinate with contractors and address deficiencies. A
- ssist in developing mechanisms for claims evaluation, including creating evaluation forms. S

tage 2: Technical and contractual evaluation of the claim. R
- eview all contract documents related to the claim, ensuring congruity and minimizing ambiguities. F
- acilitate workshops with project supervision consultants to collect relevant contractual information. A
- ssist with the technical study and comparison of claim items with approved models and legal requirements. V
- alidate and review the Contractor's claims and ensure that the Client’s interests are protected. S

tage 3: Financial evaluation of the claim. A
- ssist in the analysis of material components, relative analysis, and services related to each item. F
- acilitate the contract change and prepare relevant variation orders related to financial evaluation. V
- ssist in creating a detailed database of price references and financial costs for claims. S

tage 4: Lessons learned and development of procedures. E
- nsure that all warranties, bonds, insurances, and guarantees are in compliance with the Client's requirements. F
- acilitate contract closeout procedures, including documentation of items to be completed and final payments. A
- ssist in the preparation of reports on lessons learned, risk identification, and development of procedures and policies. C
- ollaborate in building a sustainable database for claim management and training project managers. O

- n charge of the Change Management Process, initiating credit change orders whenever applicable. A
- ssist the Estimation and Project Control teams in respect of contractual implications of change orders. A
- ttend Commercial Meetings and record minutes of meetings.

- achelor's degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Law and Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent degrees from an accredited university M
- inimum of 10 years of experience in contract management in a job role that includes taking responsibility for contract management in huge projects, and the ability to prepare, manage and supervise all types of contracts, whether contracts for studies, supervision, procurement, design, implementation and operation for all stages of the project, whether the contracts are in the government contract and procurement system or in the contract system used universally. D
- irect experience in managing pressure distribution, execution, and business management Drafting and managing contracts, collecting and receiving bid requests, bid evaluation, awarding, contractor performance monitoring, retrospective costing, claims and dispute settlement Technical and administrative knowledge of engineering/construction contracting practices, sites, government procurement practices, commercial aspects, policies, procedures, and work practices P
- roven experience in pricing, contract systems, drafting and managing contracts, negotiating change orders, effective correspondence, planning, and scheduling Comprehensive knowledge in managing and managing major contracts, subcontracts, site execution office, field procedures, and documents related to construction projects of various disciplines E
- xcellent verbal and written communication skills G
- ood work experience on a global scale (preferably work experience in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia) T
- he position requires an Arabic fluent speaker since most of the communication with the client and documents are in Arabic.
