THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Programme Controls for developing, implementing, and managing the information management services (including BIM) for the programme.

project description

The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support development of DGII information management strategy and PMIS implementation plan.

Manage delivery and execution of IT/IS project delivery requirements according to established KBR & DGCL PMIS architecture, rules and procedures

Support & provide Functional & Technical assistance, coordination services, for PMC1/DGCL approved IS/IT tools setup and deployment.

Plan, assist and manage BIM consolidation, integration and interfacing between PMC1/PMC-2 to PMC-7/DGCL adopted processes and tools

Manage standardisation of project building and infrastructure data modelling and Common Data Environment (CDE) requirements

Plan and manage governance, audit of PMIS BIM processes deployment and delivery, ensuring quality and integrity of collected data, conformance to PMC1/DGCL adopted standards

Escalate risks and issues related to BIM PMIS governance and auditing processes

Provide monthly and weekly reports.

Preparing and making presentations to relevant stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

BSc construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.

Minimum overall relevant experience 15 years.

Minimum relevant experience 10 years in the role projects.

Minimum Regional Experience 5 years

IT professional and expert user of IM systems.

Excellent knowledge of information management, systems, tools, networks, hardware, and software

Software development skills (MS Access, SQL Server, Net browser-based delivery)

Database administration and security experience

Evaluate and provide input to project requirements and system capabilities to provide solutions and feedback regarding feasibility and cost.

Experienced user of MS Office

Fluent English both written and spoken.
