Officer, Accounting

**Role Summary**:
Ensuring accurate and timely financial record-keeping, reconciling bank transactions, addressing supplier invoice discrepancies, reviewing journal entries, and maintaining compliance with ZATCA, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the timely and accurate recording of all business transactions in the ERP system.
- Conduct weekly reconciliation of bank accounts to identify and address discrepancies. And Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities on time.
- Review supplier invoices and payment records to ensure accuracy, address discrepancies or errors in booking supplier invoices, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Review period-end journal entries and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Stay current with ZATCA (Zakat and Tax Authority), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and other regulatory requirements relevant to the finance function with compliance with all financial and accounting regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Calculate and prepare tax returns, including VAT and income tax, and Ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- +1 year of experience in various rules.
