About the Opportunity:

We are one of the delivery partners for NEOM THE LINE, one of the most iconic giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arguably one of the largest projects in the world. Based at NEOM Site, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Planner.
Leveraging your extensive experience in construction planning, particularly in the realm of high-rise buildings, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include:

- Performing baseline schedule maintenance and control
- Developing the Master Schedule, integrating all packages to identify and highlight risks/conflicts
- Collecting and interpreting schedule data and providing output to the programme and project teams
- Monitor actual performance against the schedule to identify delay, early and late completion
- Identifying and evaluating associated schedule, resource conflicts and potential cost impacts and issues
- Identify potential risks and challenges in the construction planning phase and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Implement robust monitoring and reporting systems to track project progress and performance against established key performance indicators

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Strong principal contractor background
- Proven track record of successfully managing the planning phase of complex construction projects, with an emphasis on high-rise buildings.
- In-depth knowledge of construction planning software and tools.
- Degree educated
- Minimum of 15 years of experience
- Middle East experience is preferred
