As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, support, and advice to end-users for various hardware and software issues. You will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, install and maintain computer systems and software, and ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely
- Maintain documentation of IT support activities and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-1 year of experience in IT support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
